I was thinking Time would correct itself...but now that I look back at it, there are holes. They can't be alive, it just isn't logical. Unless there's more timey wimey stuff. Or maybe...

Without making it obvious, Second Son actually takes place in Kessler's universe. And D.U.P was created for other reasons. And the "it takes place 7 years after" was just a time reference so that we have a better idea where it takes place. This whole thing makes my head hurt...

It's a game where people can shoot lightning from their hands, teleport, fly, make oil come out and grab you, use ice to make you float in the air, and jump off of high buildings and not only be completely fine, but completely destroy everything aound them. I think the RFI makes enough sense.

I'm thinking that if the events up I2 took place in 2011, then this would logically take place in 2018. But it's actually 2018 in Kessler's timeline, not Cole's.

I don't think that the game takes place in any specific year. If inFAMOUS 2 took place in 2011, then so did inFamous. The 2013 in the trailer was just to make it seem like it was happening just then, similarly to in Eagle Eye how the dates on the security feeds were just a few weeks after the movie went to theaters.

I always saw it as inFAMOUS happened in 2009 and so did inFAMOUS 2. So iSS would take place in 2016. Or a better way to say it is inFAMOUS/inFAMOUS 2 happened in late 2000's and iSS in late 2010's. That way we don't need to debate specific years

I just say that inFamous happened in a different universe with different years than us, so I never have to compare the years. I have never thought that inFamous happened in any certain year. It just happened, or is happening or will happen. Who cares.

if that was the ending you suggested, but it ends with delsin being bested by a young kessler right before he idk takes something from him....oh my god in the playstation youtube description it says delsin has to search for other conduits to help protects the ones he loves, what if after gatherng thhis resistance force...a conduit that defected to the humans (kessler) kills someone dear to delsin...and that's why the beast hunted kessler down
